This concept refers to connections and communications of members of a network as a valuable source which cause achievement of goals by creating norms and mutual trust. The governments need the cooperation of public, specially the elites, in execution of economic plans because the cooperation of elites and economic brokers in execution of economic policies of the government shall facilitate the achievement of goals and the feedbacks of the elites to the economic plans of the government may amend the weak points of the government plans and increase the efficiency of the performance of the government. On the other hand the trust of the people to the government may increase their partnership in execution of government plans and political support from the government in such a way that the government may perform its economic, political and social plans more effectively in case of partnership and cooperation of people. the main objective of this paper is analyzing the effect of social cooperation on economic growth in selected middle income countries. The results of the model using fixed effects and Generalized Method of Moments in selected countries in the 2013-1994 shows that the social cooperation has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in selected countries. امروزه در كنار سرمايه هاي انساني، مالي و اقتصادي يک عامل توليد ديگر به نام سرمايه اجتماعي مورد توجه است. اين مفهوم به پيوندها و ارتباطات ميان اعضاي يك شبكه به عنوان منبع با ارزش اشاره دارد كه با خلق هنجارها و اعتماد متقابل موجب تحقق اهداف اعضاء مي‌شود. دولت‌ها در اجراي برنامه‌‌هاي اقتصادي به شدت به همکاري عموم مردم به خصوص نخبگان جامعه نياز دارند؛ چرا که همراهي نخبگان جامعه و کارگزاران اقتصادي در اجراي سياست‌‌هاي اقتصادي دولت فرآيند رسيدن به اهداف برنامه را تسريع نموده و بازخوردهايي که نخبگان جامعه به برنامه‌‌هاي اقتصادي دولت نشان مي‌دهند، مي‌تواند منجر به اصلاح نقاط ضعف برنامه‌‌هاي دولت شود و کارآيي عملکرد دولت را افزايش دهد. از سوي ديگر اعتماد مردم به حاکميت، مشارکت آنها را در اجراي برنامه‌‌هاي دولت و پشتيباني سياسي از دولت افزايش مي‌دهد، به طوري که هر چه مشارکت و همکاري مردم با دولت بيشتر باشد، دولت مي‌تواند با اتکا به مردم برنامه‌‌هاي اقتصادي، سياسي و اجتماعي خود را با تأثيرگذاري بيشتري به سرانجام برساند. در اين راستا هدف اصلي اين مقاله بررسي ميزان تأثيرگذاري همکاري هاي اجتماعي (به عنوان شاخصي از سرمايه اجتماعي) بر نرخ رشد اقتصادي در گروه کشورهاي منتخب درآمد متوسط مي باشد. نتايج حاصل از برآورد مدل به روش اثرات ثابت و گشتاور تعميم‌يافته در گروه کشورهاي منتخب درآمد متوسط در دوره زماني 2013-1994 را نشان مي دهد و همکاري هاي اجتماعي تأثير مثبت و معناداري بر نرخ رشد اقتصادي در گروه کشورهاي منتخب دارد. http://rahbord-mag.ir/en/Article/Download/22568
