ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفههای منتورینگ در برنامه درسی کارورزی دانشجویان انجام گرفت. رویکرد پژوهش حاضر کیفی و روش آن سنتزپژوهی است. حوزه پژوهش، متشکل از 193 مقاله علمی پژوهشی است که بین سال های 1392 شمسی و 2012 میلادی تا 1404 شمسی و 2025 میلادی ارائه شدهاند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 30 مقاله پژوهشی است که به صورت هدفمند جمع آوری و براساس پایش موضوعی دادهها انتخاب شدهاند. دادههای پژوهش از تحلیل کیفی اسناد مورد مطالعه مبتنی بر رویکرد تحلیل مضمون در سه سطح مضامین پایه، سازماندهنده و فراگیر، گردآوری شدهاند. : بر اساس تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، مؤلفههای منتورینگ در برنامههای درسی کارورزی دانشجویان در 4 بُعد و 63 عامل طبقهبندی شدند. این ابعاد شامل زیرساختها و بسترهای نهادی (مشتمل بر محورهایی چون ترویج فرهنگ یادگیری، مدیریت و بهینهسازی منابع و سیاستگذاری و نهادسازی)، شایستگیهای کنشگران (ویژگیهای منتی و منتور)، طراحی محتوایی (مشتمل بر محورهایی چون مسالهمحوری و تجربهگرایی، توجه به یادگیری مادامالعمر و پیوند بین نظریه و عمل) و رویکردهای آموزشی (مشتمل بر محورهایی چون رویکرد مشارکتی و رویکرد موقعیتی و اقتضائی) است. با توجه به یافتهها میتوان نتیجه گرفت که توجه به منتورینگ در برنامههای درسی چون کارورزی علاوه بر تغییر در برنامههای درسی نیازمند تحول در رویکردهای آموزشی است.
