ملخص المقالة :
تجاریسازی فناوریهای پیشرفته در نهادهای پژوهشی نظیر جهاد دانشگاهی، پدیدهای پیچیده و چندبعدی است که صرفاً به توانمندیهای فنی وابسته نیست. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مدلسازی نقش تعاملات متقابل در فرآیند تجاریسازی، شش پروژه فناورانه در حوزههای پزشکی، فنی-مهندسی و کشاورزی را به روش کیفی و با رویکرد تطبیقی مورد تحلیل قرار داد. یافتهها نشان میدهد که «همکاری متقابل» بهتنهایی ضامن موفقیت نیست؛ بلکه اثربخشی آن در گرو «کیفیت ساختار حکمرانی» است. پروژههای موفق، از ساختارهای حکمرانی رسمی، قراردادهای شفاف و ثبات مدیریتی بهره بردهاند، در حالی که پروژههای ناموفق از فقدان این چارچوبها و عملکرد جزیرهای رنج میبرند. این مطالعه برای نخستینبار نشان میدهد که در اکوسیستم نوآوری ایران، موانع نهادی و بوروکراسیهای نظارتی (مانند چالشهای اخذ مجوز از سازمانهای متولی)، تعیینکنندهتر از پیچیدگیهای فنی هستند؛ بهطوری که بسیاری از پروژهها علیرغم دستیابی به بلوغ فنی، در «دره مرگ» رگولاتوری سقوط میکنند. همچنین، ضعف در مهارتهای نرم تجاریسازی (مذاکره، بازاریابی B2B و برندسازی) به عنوان «قاتل خاموش» پروژهها شناسایی شد. در نهایت، مدل پیشنهادی پژوهش بیانگر آن است که موفقیت تجاری حاصل تعامل سهگانه «حکمرانی قوی»، «انطباق پیشدستانه با الزامات نظارتی» و «توسعه توانمندیهای نرم مدیریتی» است. این مدل میتواند بهعنوان چارچوبی راهبردی جهت بازنگری در سیاستهای حمایتی جهاد دانشگاهی و ارتقای نرخ موفقیت تجاریسازی محصولات فناورانه مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
