According to available statistics, the energy intensity in our country is very high and is not consistent with sustainable development. The purpose of the present study is to validate the gas consumption management model with emphasis on the problem of unauthorized use in the gas company. In terms of method and time frame of data collection, this study is a cross-sectional survey. The statistical population consists of unauthorized users of natural gas in the network covered by the East Azerbaijan Province Gas Company, and the sample size was determined to be 351 people based on the Krejcie-Morgan table, and sampling was carried out by simple random method. The partial least squares method and Smart PLS software were used to validate the open innovation model. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire, which was validated through construct validity, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability were also used, and the reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated as satisfactory. The results showed that gas consumption management affects the obstacles and shortcomings in the industry, and the obstacles variable affects the solutions. Finally, the solutions also affect the consequences, which include the provision of desirable services, economic growth, and an increase in national income.</p> <p>امروزه انرژی یکی از عوامل و ملزومات اساسی رشد و توسعه اقتصادی است و با توجه به تأثیر آن بر محیط زیست و هزینه تولید، تلاش زیادی برای کاهش مصرف و افزایش کارایی آن صورت می گیرد براساس آمارهای موجود، میزان شدت مصرف انرژی در کشور ما بسیار زیاد است و با توسعه پایدار، سازگاری و هماهنگی ندارد. هدف مطالعه حاضر، اعتبارسنجی الگوی مدیریت مصرف گاز با تاکید بر معضل استفاده غیرمجاز در شرکت گاز است. این مطالعه از نظر روش و بازه زمانی گردآوری داده&zwnj;ها، یک پژوهش پیمایشی- مقطعی می&zwnj;باشد. جامعه آماری شامل استفاده کنندگان غیرمجاز از گاز طبیعی شبکه ی تحت پوشش شرکت گاز استان آذربایجان شرقی می باشد و حجم نمونه آماری، بر اساس جدول کریسی-مورگان به تعداد 351 نفر تعیین شد و نمونه&zwnj;گیری با روش تصادفی ساده انجام گرفت. برای اعتبارسنجی الگوی نوآوری باز از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم&zwnj;افزار Smart PLS استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوری داده&zwnj;ها پرسشنامه است که با روش روایی سازه، روایی همگرا و روایی واگرا اعتبارسنجی گردید. همچنین با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی نیز قابلیت اعتماد پرسشنامه مطلوب ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد مدیریت مصرف گاز بر موانع و کاستی های موجود در صنعت و متغیر موانع بر راهکارها تاثیرگذار است. در نهایت، راهکارها نیز بر پیامدها که شامل ارایه خدمات مطلوب، رشد اقتصادی، افزایش درآمد ملی اثر دارد.</p> http://rahbord-mag.ir/fa/Article/Download/55375
