ملخص المقالة :
سندرم سیندرلا به مجموعهای از نگرشها و باورهای وابستهمحور اشاره دارد که در بستر کلیشههای جنسیتی سنتی شکل میگیرد و میتواند مانعی برای استقلال روانی و رشد فردی زنان باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر ترجمه، بومیسازی و بررسی ویژگیهای روانسنجی نسخه فارسی مقیاس سندرم سیندرلا در میان دانشجویان دختر ایرانی بود. پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی و با رویکرد روانسنجی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه گیلان در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۱-۱۴۰۰ بود که ۴۰۶ نفر به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند. پساز انجام فرایند ترجمه و بازترجمه، روایی صوری و محتوایی با نظر متخصصان بررسی شد. روایی سازه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی و روایی همگرا ازطریق همبستگی با مقیاس اختلال شخصیت وابسته و مقیاس وابستگی به دیگران ارزیابی گردید. اعتبار ابزار با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ و روش بازآزمایی محاسبه شد. تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزارهای spss-25 و lisrel-10 انجام گرفت. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، ساختار سهعاملی مقیاس شامل نگرش جنسی، نبود مسئولیتپذیری و ترک شغل را تأیید کرد که در مجموع ۴۳ درصد از واریانس کل را تبیین میکردند. تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نیز برازش مناسب مدل سهعاملی را نشان داد (rmsea = 0/02, CFI = 0/95). ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ برای خردهمقیاسها بین 77/0 تا 82/0 و برای نمره کل 72/0بهدست آمد. همچنین، همبستگیهای مثبت و معناداری بین نمرات سندرم سیندرلا با اختلال شخصیت وابسته و وابستگی به دیگران مشاهده شد که مؤید روایی همگرای ابزار است. بهطور کلی، یافتهها نشان داد نسخه فارسی مقیاس سندرم سیندرلا از روایی و اعتبار قابلقبولی برخوردار است و میتواند بهعنوان ابزاری معتبر در پژوهشهای روانشناختی و کاربردهای بالینی در جامعه ایرانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
