ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی پرسشنامه بومی برای سنجش شدت و ابعاد وسواسی- اجباری بود. روش این پژوهش آمیخته (کیفی و کمّی) بود. ابتدا متون مرتبط با وسواسی- اجباری جمعآوری، تحلیل و شاخصههای وسواسی- اجباری استخراج شدند. سپس براساس شاخصهها، مادهها طراحی و به لحاظ روایی محتوایی به تأیید 12 کارشناس رسید، سپس مادههای تأیید شده به همراه سیاهه مادزلی در 223 نفر اجرا و اعتباریابی شد. جهت ارزیابی اعتبار به روش بازآزمایی، 47 نفر از شرکتکنندگان، 30 روز بعد، دوباره پرسشنامه را تکمیل کردند. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان داد که 3 عامل وسواس فکری، اعمال جبری و وسواس مذهبی در مجموع 77 درصد از واریانس پرسشنامه را تبیین میکند. اعتبار و همسانی درونی پرسشنامه براساس ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 84/0 و براساس روش دو نیمهکردن و ضریب اسپیرمن و گاتمن 89/0 و روایی همگرا براساس همبستگی این پرسشنامه با پرسشنامه مادزلی 66/0 و اعتبار براساس روش بازآزمایی 78/0 بود. براساس نتایج پرسشنامه وسواسی- اجباری برای سنجش شدت وسواس و حیطههای آن، مناسب است.
